cahliye fir dekh lete hai ki CREAMY PASTA ke liye kya kaya jarurat hai :

  1. 200 GM pasta.
  2. 1 cup milk.
  3. 1/2 cup greted cheese.
  4. lasoon 6 pcs.
  5. 2 teable spoon butter.
  6. 1 onion.
  7. 2 table spoon maida.
  8. 1/2 tea spoon black pepper.
  9. 1/2 tea spoon chilly fealx.
  10. namak swad anusar.
cahliye dekhte hai keyse banega:
  • ek bartan me pani aur namak dalke garam kar le aab usme pasta dal ke 8 mins tak ubal le.aab ubla hua pasta me 1-2 spoon pani rakhe.
  • lasoon aur onion ko barik kat lijiye.
  • aab pan me butter dalke garam kar le, aab usme barik kata hua lasoon,onion dalkar pakai.
  • aab gas dhimi kar le aur thora thora karke milk dale hilate hue phir maida dale aur 2 mins tak pakai.
  • aab usme cheese , namak ,chilly fealx,black pepper milai.
  • aab ubla hua pasta dalke 2-3 mins tak pakai aur upar se thora cheese dalke gas bandh kar de ...

      1. 1cup maida.
      2. 2 onion.
      3. 1/2 tea spoon black pepper powder.
      4. 2 cup-carrot,capsicum,beans kata hua.
      5. 1 cup paneer .
      6. 5 lasoon.
      7. 2 green chilly.
      8. 1 tea spoon soya sauce.
      9. tel jarurat ke hisab.
      10. namak swad anusar.
      cahliye dekhte hai keyse banega:

      • maida me thora namak aur thora tel dal kar milai.uske badh me thora pani gudh le ,aab gudha hua maida 15mins tak dhakke side me rakh le.
      • aab lasoon , onoin, green chilly ko barik kat lijiye.aab paneer ko mash kar lijiye.
      • aab kadai tel dalke garam kare aur barik kata hua lasoon dal kar bhun lijiye,uske barik kata hua onoin brown color hone bhun le,aab kata subzi dalkar pakai.aab subzi pakne ke badh usme paneer,namak,black pepper,soya sauce dal ke acche se pakai.
      • aab gudhe huye maida se chote chote loi bana le aur usse chota chota chapati bana le, aab chapati me thora paneer ka misran dalke side ke kich ke potli ke jaisa bana le momos ke aakar me.

            3. 2 cup sugar.
            4. cardamom powder 1/5 tea spoon.
            5. badam kaju 1/5 cup.
            6. 1 pinch color orenge.

            • aab ek bowl me corn flour aur 2 cup pani dalkar acche se mix kar le.

                9. 1 tea spoon red chilly powder.
                10. 1 tea spoon dhaniya powder.
                11. 1/3 garam masala powder.

                • Tofu ko chota chota cubs me kat le.
                • aab ek nonstick pan me 1-2 spoon tel garam kar le.phir usme tofu dalke brown color hone tak fry kare badh nikal le.
                • aab dusra ek pan le usme palak ko boil kar le 1 mins tak.
                • aab piyaz,tamatar,green chilly,adhrak ko barik kat le.

                1. biscuits 10 pcs.
                2. badam 1 cup.
                3. 3 tea spoon chocolate powder.
                4. coconut powder 1 cup.
                5. thick milk.

                cahliye dekhte hai keyse banega:

                • badam ko chota chota pcs me cut kar le.
                • biscuit ko toor le .
                • all ingredients mix kar le acche se.
                • thick milk ko chota dough bana le.
                • aab roll kar lijiye bealn ke jiyesa aur isko foil kar le.

                5. 200 GM RICE FLOUR.
                6. 100GM CORN FLOUR.
                7. 2 TEA SPOON LEMON JUICE.
                8. 1 TEA SPOON CURRY PATTA.
                9. 20 NOS GREEN CHILLY MIXTURE KIYA HUA.
                10. SALT SWAD ANUSAR.
                11. 300ML OIL.

                • MUTTON KO KAT LE CHOTA CHOTA SIZE ME.
