GAJAR CAKE

hello dosto delicious food recipies mein aap sabka hardik swagat hai .

aaj mein aapko bataunga ki ek bahut hi famous recipies ke bare mein .aapko aise toh title dekhkr hi pata chal gaya hoga.ki aaj mein konsa recipes batane ja raha hu. GAJAR CAKE.

PREPARATION TIME -15 se 20 MINS.
BAKED TIME -1 HOUR.
TEMPERATURE - 180* C

cahliye fir dekh lete hai ki GAJAR CAKE ke liye kya kaya jarurat hai :

  1. GAJAR GHISA HUYA 2 CUP.
  2. 1 TEA SPOON DALCHINI POWDER.
  3. 1/2 TEA SPOON JAIPHAL POWDER.
  4. 1/2 BAKING POWDER.
  5. 1 CUP BUTTER.
  6. 4/5 CUP GUR.
  7. 1/2 CUP MILK.
  8. 1/2 TEA SPOON SUGAR.
  9. 2 CUP ATTA.

cahliye dekhte hai keyse banega:


  • Ek boel le usme atta,jaiphal powder,baking powder dalke mix kare aur side me rakkhe.
  • aab ek non-stick pan le usme butter,gur dhimi aach me acche se cook karle 2 mins tak. aur 2 mins tak hilate rehna .
  • aabhi jo butter aur gur ka jo mix banaya wo aur phela wala bowl me jo mix kiya huya saman tha dono ko ek sath mix kar le.
  • aabhi ek plait le lijiye aur usme mixture ko fhela dijiye. (8")
  • aab isko bake kar le 180*c , 50 to 60 mins tak.
  • bake hone ke badh slice me kat le .........aur yaa ho geya ready GAJAR CAKE
