INDIAN CHILLY CHICKEN

aaj mein aapko bataunga ki ek bahut hi famous recipies ke bare mein .aapko aise toh title dekhkr hi pata chal gaya hoga.ki aaj mein konsa recipes batane ja raha hu. indian style
chilly chicken.

cahliye fir dekh lete hai ki indian chilly chicken ke liye kya kaya jarurat hai :

  1. 500gm bonless chicken.
  2. 3 ande'
swad anusar
  1. 1 big spoon corn flower.
  2. 1 big spoon soya sauce.
  3. 1 big spoon green chilly sauce.
  4. 1 liter tel.
gravy banane ke liye
  1. 1 piyaz kata huya.
  2. 1 shimla mirch kata huya.
  3. 10 se 12 lasoon baric kata hua.
  4. 8 se 9 green mirchi.
  5. swad anusar namak.
  6. 2 big spoon tel.
cahliye dekhte hai keyse banega:

ek boul me me chicken le aur usme ande ,namak,cornflower,soya sauce,chilly sauce dalke acche se mix kar le.eyse hi mix karke 25 se 30 munite tak rakhe.

samay hone ke badh kadai me tel dale garam hone ke liye.
aur sath me dusra ek kadai le aur isme lasoon dal acche se bhune .
phali bali kadai me chicken dal de pakne liye.
phir lasoon bali kadai me piyaz v dal de aur teg aach me bhun lijiye.
kuch der badh shimla mirch v dal aur acche mix kar le.
2 minute pakh ne badh isme soya,green chilly sauce dalke acche se pakai.
1 katori me corn flower le aur isme 1 cup pani dalke mix kar le.
1/2 pani kadai me dale aur fry kiya hua chicken pcs dalkar acchi tarha se mix kar le.
iske badh isme kali mirch,ajinamoto,namak, dalke acchi traha se pakai aur gas bandh kar de.
              lijiye aapka indian chilly chicken ho geya  ready
