aaj mein aapko bataunga ki ek bahut hi famous recipies ke bare mein .aapko aise toh title dekhkr hi pata chal gaya hoga.ki aaj mein konsa recipes batane ja raha hu.ji haa chole masala se ekdam bhinno pindi chana,dekhte hi muh mein pani aajye ,yeh chne chwal ,parathe ,naan,puri,chapati yaa kisi ke sath bhi bhojon mein anutha swad le aye.

cahliye fir dekh lete hai ki pindi chana banane ke liye kya kaya jarurat hai :

kabuli chane-1 cup
hara dhaniya-2 tabel spoon(cutting)
adrak ka tukda-1 inch (cutting)
hari mirch-2
tel-2-3 tabel spoon
akhha garam masala-1 tejpata,1 dalchini ka tukda,2 badi elach,4 lang,6-7 kali mirch.

adrak ka pest-1 6oti spoon
amchoor powder-1/4 6oti spoon
akhha dhaniya-2 6oti spoon
anardana-1.5 6oti spoon
jeera-1.5 6oti spoon
hing-1 pinch
namak-3/4 spoon (swad anusar)
kala namak-1/2 6oti spoon
lal mirch powder-1/4 6oti spoon
garam masala-1/4 6oti spoon
tea bag-1 


chaliye aab jante hai ki kaise isse taiyar karte hai :

kabuli chane ko 8-10 ghante ke liye pani mein bhiga dijiye aur baad mein inme se pani nikal dijiye.
cooker mein bhige huye chana aur sath mein 1 cup pani,sare akhha garam masala aur tea bag bhi dal dijiye,fir isme namak aur kala namak dalkar mix kar lijiye.cooker ko bandh karke chane ko ubalne rakh dijiye.1 siti ane ke baad ,gas dhimi kar dijiye aur chane ko 4 -5 mints tak ublane dijiye .
5 mints badh gas bandh kar dijiye,aur kukar ka prsr khatam hone tak chane ko kukar me rehne dijiye.isis bich masaleko taiyar kar lijiye, kadai me sabut dhaniya , jirra dal kar 2 se 3 mint bhun lijiye,fhir isme anardana v dal dijiye aur ise 1 minut tak bhun lijiya,bhune masaleko plait me nikal lijiye aur thori thanda hone dijiye. fhir,mixi me inhe dalkar piske
powder bana lijiye.
jeyse kukar ka prsr khatam ho jai, bayse hi,kukar dhakkan khol kar tea bag aur sabut garam masala nikal kar hata dijiye aur chane ko plait me nikal lijiye.chaneka bache huye pani rakh dijiye,ise badh me istemal kiya jai ga.chane haat se daba kar cheak kar lijiye,yea dabna chahiye mass nahi hona chahiye .kadai me tel dal kar garam kar lijiye.garam tel me adrak /hing ka pest ,kata hua adrak ,hara mirch dal kar dhimi aag par bhun lijiye,phir isme pisa hua masala dal kar bhun lijiye,masale me bacha hua pani,aamchur powder ,garam masala,lal mirch powder aur bacha hua namak v dal dijiye. sari samogri ko acche se mix kar lijiye,aur 2 munite tak bhun lijiye.
2 munite badh masale me chane aur hara dhaniya dal dijiye.
chane se pani sukh jane tak ise acche se mix karte huye pakai,pindi chane bankar taiyar hai.
gas bandh kar dijiye aur chane ko plait me nikal lijiye.

tea bag chane ko dark karne ke liye dale  jata hai.
