  1. ARBI 15-20.
  2. PIYAZ 200 GM
  3. TAMATAR 1 GM.
  4. GREEN CHILLY 3-5.
  5. ADRAK LASOON PEAST 3 TEA SPOON.
  6. HALDI 1 TEA SPOON.
  7. RED CHILLY POWDER 1 TEA SPOON.
  8. DHANIYA POWDER 1 TEA SPOON.
  9. GARAM MASALA 1 REA SPOON.
  10. JEERA 1 TEA SPOON.
  11. OIL 50GM.
  12. NAMAK SWAD ANUSAR.
  13. DHANIYA PATTA 1 TEA SPOON.
  14. DAHI 1CUP.
cahliye dekhte hai keyse banega:

  • ARBI KO DHOKE UBAL LIJIYE.ARBI THANDA HONE KE BADH CHILKA NIKAL KE CHOTA CHOTA PCS ME KAT LE.
  • PIYAZ AUR GREEN CHILLY KO BARIK KAT LIJIYE.TAMATAR KO KATKE MIXTURE ME PIS LE.
  • AAB KADAI ME TEL DAL KE GARAM KAR LE AAB TEL ME ARBI DAL KE FRY KARE GOLDEN BROWAN HONE TAK.
  • AAB DUSRE KADAI ME 3 SPOON TEL DAL KE GARAM KARE AAB USME JEERA DALKE BHUN LE,AAB USME PIYAZ AUR GREEN CHILLY DAL KE PAKAI ,PIYAZ HALKA BROWAN HONE KE BADH ADRAKH LASOON DALKE MIX KARE. AAB USME TAMATAR PEAST DALKAR ACCHE SE 2-3 MINS PAKAI.AAB HALDI ,RED CHILLY POWDER,GARAM MASALA POWDER ,DHANIYA POWDER DALKE MASALA SE TEL CHORNE TAK PAKAI BADH ME DAHI DALKAR MIX KAR DE.THORA TIME KE UBAL AANE BADH 1 CUP PANI MILAI.
  • AAB GRAVY ME UBAL AANE KE BADH ARBI AUR NAMAK DAL KAR 6-7 MINS TAK DHIMI AACH ME PAKAI.
  • AAB DHANIYA PATTA DALKE NIKAL LE
